Jeff Clarke, the third-generation president of the Clarke Insurance
Agency, has been in the insurance business since 1971. His grandfather,
Fayette Clarke, founded the Manchester agency in 1917. Jeff's
father, Edgar H. Clarke, was owner and president from 1938 until
1985.
Jeff, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Union
College, is a Charted Property-Casualty Underwriter. He is also
a member of the Professional Insurance Agents of America (PIA)
